    Hero samples

    Hero samples are professionally produced, non-saleable proof-of-concept units designed to support early-stage business development. These samples are packaged in your branded container and intended for investor presentations, retailer meetings, influencer outreach, and strategic sales conversations. Hero samples allow brands to begin generating market interest and securing commercial opportunities before committing to production inventory.

    Pilot Manufacturing

    Pilot manufacturing runs are smaller production batches built to validate your concept in the market. A pilot run gets your product onto shelves and into consumers' hands without committing to a truckload. Brands use pilot runs for regional distribution trials, retailer sell-in tests, and to confirm that every input works before they scale.

    Mid-Tier / Early-Scale Co-Packing

What counts as non-alcoholic?

In the U.S., "non-alcoholic" generally means less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, while "alcohol-free" means no detectable alcohol. The exact wording you can use depends on the product type and which agency regulates it. This is general information, not legal or regulatory advice.

How do you make a non-alcoholic drink taste like the real thing?

Alcohol brings warmth, bite, and body, and an NA drink has to replace all three. We use bitterness and botanicals for complexity, natural heat from ginger or pepper for the bite, and body-building ingredients for mouthfeel.

Should I dealcoholize an existing drink or build a new NA formula?

Dealcoholizing starts with a real beer, wine, or spirit and removes the alcohol. It keeps some of the original character, but the extra processing step adds cost. Building from scratch gives you more control over flavor and price. We compare both paths for your product.

Do non-alcoholic drinks spoil faster than alcoholic ones?

They can. Alcohol is a natural preservative, and an NA drink loses that protection. Pasteurization, pH control, or preservatives have to fill the gap, and we design them into the formula from day one.

Which agency regulates non-alcoholic beverages?

Usually the FDA. Products made by removing alcohol from beer, wine, or spirits can still involve TTB rules during production, so confirm which rules apply before you finalize your label. This is general information, not legal or regulatory advice.

Can I add functional ingredients to a non-alcoholic drink?
